great value and friendly faces
helpful staff kind gesture easy access accessible subway
The reception staff offered me a kettle when i needed one. they also provided an umbrella when it rained. I thought that was very kind. it was easy to buy water and snacks nearby! the subway was very accessible too.
The curtain in my room was slightly ripped! it gave the room a less polished feel. I noticed it immediately upon entering.

mixed experience, some issues noted
poor insulation slow draining
i found the sound insulation to be quite poor. noise from adjacent rooms was easily audible, it caused some disturbance. the washroom basin also presented a minor inconvenience. water drained very slowly, i had to be careful to prevent overflow.

i appreciated the room's cleanliness, it was super clean. the bed was quite comfortable, i slept well each night. the staff members were friendly and helpful (especially with directions).
the room had minimal ventilation, so i had to keep the window open. this hotel's location wasn't the most pleasant neighborhood, and i could hear street noise. i also noticed limited breakfast options.

easy access friendly staff clean room secure hotel
Access to the metro was very easy. It's just a short walk. the staff were friendly and always ready to help. i found the room clean and well-kept. It really met my expectations. the hotel also felt secure, which i appreciated .
the street outside seemed a bit noisy at times.
